Art Exhibits
The Newton Free Library presents twelve art shows each year in our Main Hall, featuring works by New England artists. We host art exhibits to increase access to art in our community, and to highlight the work of area artists. We are a free, public library visited by more than 45,000 people each month. Most visitors enter the building from our parking lot entrance and see the art exhibits as they walk through the Main Hall.

Display Cases
The Library welcomes proposals from community members who are interested in installing displays at the Library. Displays in Library cases may be educational and/or artistic in nature. We have two types of display cases at the Library: vertical cases in the lobby and flat glass cases in the Main Hall.
