Have you ever wanted to create your own dinosaur? Enter our Jurassic Art drawing contest! Bring your dinosaur creation to the Children’s desk. Awards will be based on creativity, and drawings will be displayed in the Children’s Room at the end of the month.
The last day for submissions is Saturday, November 22.
Instructions:
- Draw a dinosaur on a 8.5″ x 11″ piece of paper.
- Name your dinosaur and write the name on the back of the paper.
- Bring it to the children’s desk and fill out the contact sheet.
Things to think about:
- Size, color, special features.
- Abilities, behavior, habitat.
- What did it eat?
- What were its strengths and weaknesses?
- Why does it look and behave the way it does?
