The Print Release Stations are available on the 1st and 2nd floors of the library. The 1st floor printer is located by the public computer area outside the Teen Room. The 2nd floor printer is located by the magazines. For assistance, please see any Reference Librarian at the nearby reference desks.
Printing is available as single-sided or double-sided duplex, for standard 8.5″ x 11″ only. We do not accommodate other paper sizes for printing.
Printing from the Library Desktop Computers
Use the print button to print the document or webpage like you normally would. A dialog box will indicate how many pages you are printing, and how much the charge will be. You may pay for print jobs at the Print Release Station. Once you have sent all of your print jobs, stop by the Print Release Station near the printer and scan your library card number or guest pass and select the jobs you’d like to print. You will be prompted to pay for the jobs you’ve selected after the $1.25 in credit runs out: our machines accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and apple pay.
Print jobs will remain in the Print Release Queue for 24 hours, and will be automatically deleted after that.
With our wireless printing, you can print from your phone, laptop, and tablet from inside the library and at home.
Copy machines are located on both the 1st and 2nd floors and are scan-to-print types. The copiers have a touchscreen scanning station equipped with a flatbed scanner and document feeder, and copies can be printed single or double sided on standard 8.5″ x 11″ paper. Copies are the same rate as printing: Black and White is $0.15 per page and Color is $0.25 per page.
Scanning & Faxing
Fax Cost: $0.50 per page (credit/debit card only)
The 1st floor computer area has a touchscreen scanning station equipped with a flatbed scanner and document feeder. The scanner allows books and documents to be scanned directly to your email, a USB flash drive, Google Drive, or the printer (printing fees apply), and can also translate scanned documents and scan to audio.
Books, documents, and photos can be saved as a PDF, SPDF, WORD, TIFF, JPEG, and PNG. The scan stations can scan in Color, Black & White, and Grayscale with standard, high quality, and photo image quality options. Scan stations also allow for basic editing including cropping and splitting pages. The scanner bed can accommodate sizes up to 11″ x 17″, and the document feeder can scan up to 80 pages at a time.
The scan stations also have faxing built in. Faxing is available to the US and Canada, and costs $0.50 per page, and can be paid via the payment kiosk with debit/credit card only.

VividPix Photo Restoration
A new feature available at our scanning stations, VividPix app allows you to digitally edit and restore photographs. This is especially helpful with old or historic photographs, as you can restore some of the vibrancy and clarity that time has deteriorated on these items. VividPix is on the scanning stations located on the first and second floors. For assistance and guidance with this product, please see an Adult Services Librarian at our Reference Desks.
